These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by [[LEGAL_ENTITY]] ("we", "us") through this website. By completing a purchase you accept these terms.
We sell digital educational products: workbooks, guides, templates, and downloadable resource packs. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the files for personal or internal business purposes. You may edit templates and use them inside your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the original files as-is, and you may not include them in a competing bundle.
Access is granted immediately after successful payment. Delivery is via the download link shown at checkout and by email to the address you supply. It is your responsibility to provide a working email address and to check spam folders.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. The charge will appear on your statement under the descriptor shown at checkout. You are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees applied by your card issuer.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
All content, branding, and design remain the property of [[LEGAL_ENTITY]] or its licensors. The licence in section 2 does not transfer ownership.
Our products are educational. They teach method and provide templates. They do not guarantee any particular income, traffic, or business outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, market, and circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update, revise, or retire products over time. Where a product is materially changed or withdrawn, we will make reasonable efforts to keep existing buyers' access intact. We may amend these terms; the version live at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
